Quality Engineering Co. Terms of Service
1. We will build a web site on the Internet with photographs and text that you provide.
2. This charge for this service is $50 for up to and including 4 photographs with accompanying text. The site must fit easily into no more than 3 web pages.
3. We will make adjustments to the web site at no charge, for a period up to 7 days from its 1st appearance on the world wide web. These adjustments would include making changes to text, repositioning graphics and other minor changes.
4. Beyond the initial services (beyond 4 photographs and changes requested beyond the initial 7 days), we will make additions and changes at your direction and bill you at the rate of $12 per half-hour of implementation time plus any other expenses incurred.
5. The yearly fee to keep your site up is $30.
6. No pornography, other offensive material or anything illegal.
7. We may use your web site for promotions.
8. You agree to abide by reasonable terms and conditions of our suppliers.
9. You are responsible for costs you incur to access your web page.
10. We may change the services we provide at any time.
11. We cannot ensure that anything associated with your web site will remain private.
12. We and our suppliers provide our services and your web site "as is" without warranty.
13. Although we expect your web site to be available continuously, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
14. In no event shall we be liable for lost profits or damages. Our liability is limited to $50.
15. Laws of the State of New Jersey govern these Terms of Service.
16. These Terms of Service are the entire understanding and agreement between us.
